6.2 Billing & Renewal

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected). Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all fees due.

6.3 Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods, except where required by applicable law.

6.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days’ notice of any price changes for existing subscribers. Continued use of the paid Services after the price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.

6.5 Free Trials

We may offer free trials for paid Services. If you do not cancel before the end of the free trial period, your account will automatically be charged the applicable subscription fee.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, 00CIRCLE.COM AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICES EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. By using the Services, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

You acknowledge that your use of the Services is subject to Malaysian law, including but not limited to the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998, the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), and the Computer Crimes Act 1997.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
