Refund Policy · Effective March 17, 2026
Overview
We want every experience with 00Circle to be valuable. This policy outlines when and how refunds are issued for our subscriptions, courses, media content, and digital resources such as pitch decks, tools, and templates.
14-day refund window
All eligible refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date. Requests made after this window will not be considered, except where required by applicable law.
Subscriptions (monthly & annual)
Eligible for refund
If you cancel your subscription within 14 days of being charged, you are entitled to a full refund for that billing cycle. Cancellations do not automatically trigger a refund — you must submit a refund request.
After the 14-day window, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No further charges will occur, but the remaining period will not be refunded.
One-time purchases (courses, pitch decks, tools & templates)
Non-refundable once accessed
Digital products — including courses, pitch deck templates, tools, and other downloadable resources — are non-refundable once they have been downloaded or accessed. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge the immediate delivery of digital content.
Refunds on one-time purchases are only considered in the eligible situations described below.
Situations eligible for a refund
We issue refunds in the following circumstances, regardless of whether content has been accessed:
- Duplicate charge — you were billed more than once for the same item due to a processing error.
- Technical inaccessibility — the content you purchased was not accessible due to a technical issue on our end, and we were unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction with content, or partial use of a subscription period, outside of the 14-day subscription window described above.
How to request a refund
To submit a refund request, contact us at the email below within the applicable 14-day window. Please include:
- Your account email address
- Order or transaction ID
- A brief description of the issue (e.g. duplicate charge, content not loading)
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.
Exceptions & applicable law
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under local law, please contact us and we will review your request accordingly.
